Our bodies get fat from the foods we eat, so to help your body lose fat it is a good idea to try to limit the amount of fat your body receives a day. Therefore, you need to look at foods that are low in fat. When you do this, just remember that you can&#8217;t avoid all fats and that your body needs a healthy amount of fat to function properly &#8211; so try not to go overboard here.</p>
<p>Exercising on a regular basis is one of the best ways to burn fat. When you exercise, you are jump-starting your metabolism which works to burn excess body fat. Although we understand the importance of exercising, it is usually something that can be hard to get out and do. If this is the case for you then start out small. For example, do 15-20 minutes of cardio a couple times a week and once you get settled into that routine, add another day of cardio to it. To burn fat, it is necessary that you do a cardio workout a few times a week. This is because cardio workouts have been proven to get your metabolism revved up to burn more calories and fat.</p>
<p>It is not hard to burn fat once you get the hang of things and settled into a routine, but it&#8217;s getting to that point that is hard. Just keep in mind that most experts agree that it takes at least 3 weeks to a month of consistent effort before one has established a new habit. <p>Thus, here is some critical information about protein that you need to know:</p>
<p>1. It can be stored as body fat: In fact, your body has all the necessary tools to do this. So don&#8217;t assume that you can eat as much protein as you want without it being stored as body fat. In fact, if your protein has a lot of fat in it, you can gain weight very quickly.</p>
<p>2. Carbs protect body protein: Eating more protein does not prevent your body from burning lean muscle tissue. Eating carbs, on the other hand, does prevent your body from burning through lean muscle tissue because carbs provide energy.</p>
<p>3. Make sure at least one quarter of your intake comes from protein: Have less than this and you run the risk of getting hungry all the time. Have more than this and you run the risk of decreasing performance and burning through lean tissue.</p>
<p>4. Too much protein causes your body to excrete calcium: In fact, people on extremely high protein diets run the risk of developing brittle bones. Now if you are resistance training this is less of a concern. However, it&#8217;s a concern nonetheless.</p>
<p>5. It requires a lot of water for digestion: In fact, protein requires seven more times water than fat or carbohydrates for digestion. So if you increase your protein intake you will have to disproportionately increase your water intake.</p>
<p>6. Solid protein is better than liquid protein: Despite what all the marketers would have you believe, solid protein will almost always be better than liquid protein. You see, solid protein digests much slower than liquid protein.</p>
<p>The consumption of protein doesn&#8217;t have to become a mental maze. Just make sure you take action here sooner rather than later!</p>

<p>The Power 90 Extreme program is developed by Tony Horton and the Beachbody company. This really is one of the terrible pressures under which ladies labour nowadays.</p>
<p>They feel that unless they look like Ms. B, (honestly, offhand, I can not think of the names of any of these girls), but unless they look like them, then they&#8217;re failures. This is absolute nonsense.</p>
<p>Believe it or not, we males don&#8217;t all like &#8216;trophy wives&#8217; who weigh 115lbs, stand 5&#8217;6&#8243;, and measure 36, 24, 36. All males are different, and therefore we all like women who are different sizes and shapes. Just simply because your thighs bulge and you have a bit of a tummy, doesn&#8217;t make you any the less attractive, believe me.</p>
<p>Losing weight to remain healthy is very important. That&#8217;s exactly where it&#8217;s &#8216;at.&#8217; Provided a lady is healthy and happy, then what she looks like is most certainly of secondary importance. Ninety nine times out of a hundred, ladies are lovely the way they are, and I do wish they&#8217;d stop being followers of fashion.</p>
<p>Just for the record, nutritionists recommend that women should consume a minimum of 1200 calories a day to sustain health, whereas males can go up to 1500. But this is for cosmetic purposes, to maintain tone. These are low calorie diets, occasionally referred to as balanced diets.</p>
<p>The intake percentages should be 55% carbohydrates, 15% protein, and 30% fat, with no much more than 10% in saturated form. This should maintain your healthy body weight.</p>
<p>But how about losing weight to stay healthy? How about the poor person who&#8217;s obese? Their calorific intake should be around 500, with 800 becoming the maximum.</p>
<p>Weight loss is negative energy balance. This really is a posh way of saying that the body&#8217;s using much more energy than it&#8217;s gaining from its food intake. In this situation, it&#8217;ll use stored reserves of fat which will lead to weight loss.</p>
<p>But the poor person who&#8217;s a hundred pounds overweight. Are they supposed to blossom forth in spandex and run around a track ten times? No, of course they&#8217;re not. The first and most vital thing for the obese person to ask her or himself is;</p>
<p>&#8220;How badly do I wish to lose weight? Am I unhappy just how I am? Do I have pains exactly where I shouldn&#8217;t have pains? Is my power level depleted?&#8221; If your answer to the last three questions is &#8216;yes,&#8217; then a swift visit to your own doctor&#8217;s called for, as well as a complete work-up.</p>
<p>Being obese puts you at risk for the following;</p>
<p>Diabetes,</p>
<p>High Blood Pressure,</p>
<p>Heart disease,</p>
<p>Stroke,</p>
<p>Osteoarthritis</p>

This doesn&#8217;t mean that it&#8217;s not possible to do both at once though, it just requires an extreme amount of determination.</p>

That stereotype centers on the image of men and women who grow their muscles to outrageous sizes, douse themselves in oil and put on shows to illustrate their abilities to lift several hundred pounds in one go. This stereotype is not completely wrong.</p>
<p>This stereotype has a grain of truth to it. There are some people who really do live that kind of life. Professional body builders, for example, earn their living by building up their muscles to outrageous proportions. Obviously that is not the only approach for body building. The most important reason to try your hand at body building is to get healthy. Body building is a fantastic form of exercise. If you are new to body building, here is the approach you should take.</p>
<p>Protein is very important for body builders. You need to get enough protein because that is what helps your muscles build up stronger after a body-building workout. Body builders are well known for using protein powders to help them make sure that they take in enough protein calories to keep their bodies healthy. When you are first starting out this might not be as important. Eating a well balanced diet should be all you need to do when you are new to the sport. If you really get into body building and start to do it more often or more intensely, you might want to consider increasing your protein intake to compensate for your muscles&#8217; needs. Talk with your doctor for advice on choosing the best protein powder.</p>
<p>Set goals you know you can reach. Trying to get super ripped too fast is a bad idea. Focus on goals that keep you healthy and that are &#8220;do-able&#8221;. Trying to look like your idol in the body building magazines is a possible recipe for disappointment. In this way you will build your body and get the high satisfaction that comes from being able to meet your goals.</p>
<p>You need to have faith in yourself. You have to try to stay positive or getting discouraged is a real possibility. Most importantly, you will have better body building results if you stay positive. It is easier to body build when you are happy with the actions you are taking. If you hate what you are doing it will be harder for you to do it.</p>
<p>Learn how to breathe the right way. Breathing correctly is essential to a body building exercise routine. It is not a good idea to hold your breath. Your muscles need oxygen to stay healthy so you need to breathe in a lot of it during a body building workout. You are going to want your diaphragm to be the focal point of your breathing, not your lungs. When you fill up your lungs with air your chest expands which makes it harder for you to work the muscles in your chest. If you breathe from your diaphragm, you will sill be able to get oxygen into your system but your chest does not expand.</p>
<p>Body building can be an incredibly rewarding activity. It can help you get healthy. It helps you keep your body in the proper shape. It increases your stamina and endurance which is truly more important than pure brute strength.</p>
<p>Everybody can become involved with body building. It is a great way to focus on getting healthy and getting in shape. There are some people who love body building so much it is their entire career! Obviously you don&#8217;t have to get that into it but if you keep at it you might find that you like the effect that the sport has on your looks and health. Be sure to set goals you can reach, approach the sport with common sense and enjoy yourself. Your body will thank you.</p>
