Choose whole-grain products carefully. Just because it looks like it is whole grain doesn’t mean it is. Additionally, the name of a product may not really indicate its ingredients. Just because it’s called “100% Whole Wheat Bread” doesn’t mean it really is. This is why you should carefully read the nutrition information on the package.
